The system can be configured to have resident alarm information automatically forwarded to staff, remotely call the resident's in-room terminal, assess the nature of the alarm and determine the appropriate response, saving staff time and unnecessary steps. If you continually staff your monitoring station, you have the option to directly answer incoming voice alarms and immediately activate the system's speaker phone and initiate two-way voice communication with the resident.
